Shipping and delivery

Delivery times:

Ordered on weekdays before 15:00 is delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Do you order over the weekend? Then we will ship the package on Monday and you will receive it end of the week.

Shipping costs:

For orders from the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are completely free!

Undeliverable items
Should an article not be available, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone. In that case, we will send you another product or refund the amount paid to your bank account within 14 working days.

Returns
Eleganci offers a free return service in the Netherlands for shipments with DHL. Returning your order from another country? This is of course possible. However, you will need to purchase your own return label to return your shipment to us.

Sold out
It may happen that an item is temporarily sold out. In most cases, it will be back in the collection. If you would like information about this, please send an e-mail to: info@eleganci.nl.

Please state the article number, name and colour of the bag or accessory in the e-mail, stating Shipping and Delivery. Then we can inform you about this.
